Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Be unused and unworn

• Have original tags attached

• Be in original packaging

• Not show signs of damage, perfume, washing, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Earrings and certain jewellery items for hygiene reasons

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalised items

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
